Young Suresh Raina has been named stand-in captain of the Chennai Super Kings in the absence of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who will be indisposed for 10 days due to an elbow injury.
Dhoni was struck on the right arm by Kolkata Knight Riders’ fast bowler Shane Bond.
"Dhoni has been diagnosed with an elbow injury and has been advised 10 days rest," team manager Russell Radhakrishnan said in a statement.
